For every shoot we ask all of our photographers to take at most, 5 extra shots for the package chosen. This will help the client choose what angles and photos they like the best and also ensures that all of the space is highlighted.
Aerial shots and videos require a drone certification. All photographers are required to take their states drone exam before piloting a company provided drone. Training will be done before and after the exam is passed. QHI will reimburse photographers for the exam fee. Once the photographer is awarded the certification, clients will book them for photos and aerial videos. We ask photographers to take 5-10 drone shots.
Virtual walkthrough videos vary depending on the square footage of the home.
Twilight and virtual staging are taken in the same manner as regular photos. Our editing team inputs furniture and sky onto the photos.
The only thing we ask is for all photographers to upload photos and videos onto our drop box.
Duties of QHI Office Administrator
Phone Calls/ Setting up bookings
As an office admin, you will receive many calls throughout your day. Whether it is to book a shoot, deal with a complaint, or contacting realtors, your job is to maintain a system to control all messages coming in. Realtors will contact you to book a shoot or to ask questions about packages. If you choose to book manually always get a confirmation with the photographer and the realtor before booking a shoot if it is not open on the schedule or if it is last minute. You can book them or direct them to our website which is www.qualityhomeimages.com.
From there they will be able to find all of our packages and pricing. They will also be able to pick which photographer they would like.
If there is a problem with a shoot or a photographer contact the realtor and let them know immediately. If a shoot is cancelled let the photographer know ASAP. Notify the realtor that there is a $50 fee for cancellations if it within 12 hours of the shoot.
Clients will email you regarding photos, videos, and virtual staging. If there is a problem or they would like to know about pricing, email is the best way to send information. Our VAs will also have access to this email and will be able contact clients through this email, they will be in constant contact with you concerning picture quality, complaints, questions, and comments.
We also ask for our promotional emails be sent out daily. We love to stay in contact with our potential and current clients. You will be asked to create interesting emails that catches the eye of consumers. We will provide templets of what we have done in the past.
Office Flyer Drop Off
QHI loves to expand its reach so, in-person contact is a necessity. Twice a week we will ask you to travel to real estate offices to hand out flyers to each office. From there, you will ask them if they have a preferred photographer and see if they would like to set up a sponsored lunch where we do a presentation.
The presentations are super easy and quick. We have a prepared video that will just play in the background as you speak. It is only a few minutes and is a comprehensive display of all of our services. Once the presentation is done. Always ask if there are any questions or concerns.
Knowing our progress is an essential part of growth. Weekly reports of quality, client’s feedback, number of shoots, and problems are what will consist of the reports.
“Hi, my name is ______________ from Quality Home Images, may I ask who is speaking?”
If they choose to book with you ask them for their information including, the address of the property, time preferred, if it is an empty property or occupied, and lockbox/garage codes. Book it on the Acquity and make sure there is a photographer to fill the request.
If you do not know an answer tell them you will call them back with the answers or email them. Contact the VA’S for information if it is not at your disposal.
Thank them for their call and say goodbye.
For Office Flyer Drop off this is the introduction:
“Hello, my name is _________, is the office manager here today?”
They will say yes or ask your reasoning say the following:
“I am from a real estate photography business called Quality Home Images. I wanted to see if you’d be interested in us doing a sponsored lunch with your brokers/agents. Do you guys have meeting?”
If they do, ask when would be a time and date we would be able to come out and do a presentation. Ask for their card and information and do a follow up with them.
If the person is not there, just ask to leave some pamphlets for the agents mailbox.
Here at QHI, we want all of our employees to feel important. Our expectations of our employees are high. We love to see each and every one of you grow. All we ask of you is to be:
Always be willing to grow
Try your best
